Autumn is well and truly here in the UK now. I want to wrap up warm and go for country walks, ending in bonfire parties and later drinking mulled wine in front of a toasty fire. I want to dress in tweed, wear scarves and pick harvest fruit.
I’ve curated a little Etsy treasury featuring some of the fabrics, textures and colours that remind me of this mellow season. What do you like about Autumn?
Fall into Autumn – Vintage & Upcycled Treasures by hiddenblossom on Etsy
Here are some more of the Etsy Treasuries I’ve curated.
With thoughts looking ahead to Summer holidays, vacations and travelling I felt inspired to put together an Etsy Treasury. Click through to see the treasury and individual items.
While the weather might not be at it’s best just now Spring is definitely with us. I’ve put together a little Etsy treasury based on Spring pastel shades and vintage influences and I thought I’d share it with you here. Click through to the treasury on Etsy to view each of the individual items.
I’m not feeling blue this week but I’m ‘feelin’ blue if you get what I mean? I love the pale blue/green spectrum and put together this little Etsy treasury to share a few fun finds in shades of teal, turquoise and aqua. My favourites are the round specs and the super pale rotary phone. I enjoyed mixing vintage and modern inspirations here.
Vintage Sewing Room by hiddenblossom on Etsy
I am still trying to muster up the courage to get out my ‘new’ sewing machine and have a go with it. I thought i’d start with something simple like pillow cases – figured I couldn’t go very wrong there. When I’m back from my holiday I’ll head out and pick up some fabric and get moving with this project!
In the meantime I thought I would inspire myself by creating an Etsy Treasury of vintage sewing treasures. Can you tell I love Etsy?! Click through the link above to see the treasury larger and to be able to link through to each individual listing.

I have an Etsy treasury to share with you today. I always bring jewel tones to my winter decor and fashion if I want to warm things up a bit. I’ve put together a selection of vintage items in a variety of colours for you to peruse. Click through to see the treasury on Etsy.
Good day to you all! Today I thought I’d share with you another of my little Etsy curations. Since returning from a trip round Asia in January this year I have been longing to get away and see more of the world. I hope 2012 will see me leaving the country again, even if only on my holidays. I love exploring, meeting new people, experiencing new sights, sounds, smells! This little Etsy Treasury is to remind me to seek out the world again in the new year. Do you have any plans for travel next year?
I love white and blue in winter decor and fashion, but to keep this colour scheme from being too cold, I love to mix in a few pops of other colours. Here are a few of my current etsy favourites – mixing old and new in this cool colour palette.
