Fall into Autumn – Etsy Treasury

Autumn is well and truly here in the UK now. I want to wrap up warm and go for country walks, ending in bonfire parties and later drinking mulled wine in front of a toasty fire. I want to dress in tweed, wear scarves and pick harvest fruit.

Sunny Saturday

This week my sister and her boyfriend came and visited us from Sussex. We spent the afternoon walking around Woodstock, followed by a lounge in Portmeadow. The crazy weather we’ve had this week has been welcomed by all of Oxford it seems, with so many people soaking up the last of the summer sunshine as October begins.

28C heat today and barely a cloud in the sky. I wish it could stay like this a bit longer, but at the same time I’m looking forward to cosy evenings, Halloween parties and fireworks, followed by Christmas lights and mulled wine.
